This document describes how we treat your data when using the Google LogicalDOC App.

Google Integration Privacy Policy

The LogicalDOC product and application is a property of LogicalDOC Srl

We at LogicalDOC Srl (“LogicalDOC”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to let you know about how the information you provide to us is used and shared when you connect your LogicalDOC account to your a Google Drive account. While we take serious precautions and encrypt the data to protect your privacy, we want you to know when, how, and why the collection occurs.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully.

What Information We Collect Through Your Use of the LogicalDOC App

When you use LogicalDOC App, we collect and save the credentials to access your Google Drive(at the time of writing they are the Client ID and the Client Secret).

The LogicalDOC App can import a selection of files stored in your Google Drive, the files are not removed from our Google Drive but permanently copied into LogicalDOC.

The LogicalDOC App can export a selection of files into your Google Drive, the files are not removed from LogicalDOC but permanently copied into Google Drive.

The LogicalDOC App allow you to edit documents inline by using the Google Drive editor integrated inside the LogicalDOC’s user interface. When you activate this feature, the document being edited is copied into your Google Drive for the time of editing and deleted from Google Drive right after.

How We Protect the Information

At Indeema Software, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your privacy and to shield the information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we take serious precautions, no security measures are impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the safety or security of your Personal Information. It is for this reason we recommend you to use serious caution when browsing the internet. This particularly applies to exchanging documents between LogicalDOC and Google Drive so we suggest use caution when deciding what files you import from Google Drive to LogicalDOC and what files you export from LogicalDOC into Google Drive.
